By July, pollination of the fruits and vegetables we eat is long over. Verse two - A swarm of bees in June is worth a silver spoon. Why? The summer is when honey, nature's sweetest nectar, is typically produced. Finally verse one -A swarm of bees in May is worth a load of hay. Why? For the answer we turn again to pollination. In this verse, hay is standing in for all fruits and vegetables pollinated by the honeybee. Unbeknownst to many, bees are responsible for pollinating upwards of 60% of the produce we eat. Using filtered or freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour 1 1\/4 cups\/315ml over the herb \u0026amp; fruit blend. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the tea or removing the tea bags. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. Add hot tea to a 12oz\/375ml acrylic glass filled with ice, straining the tea or removing the bags. Not all of the tea will fit, allowing for approximately an additional 1\/2 serving.
