YLG? What could this mean? Before we give you the answer let us explain the nuances of this tea. The haunting floral notes of a high grown Fujian Province organic oolong are very evident in the cup. Not only does this tea taste great but it has significant levels of antioxidants (you know - the compounds found in better foods that research has shown to be exceptionally good for your life) but Chinese cultures have drunk oolong teas for centuries to help maintain their figure and body shape. YOU.

Now how do we make a great tea better? Simple! In the Nandi Highlands of Kenya there is a small tea estate that produces some exceptional new world green tea full of flavor body and, our laboratory research has shown, exceedingly high levels of antioxidants when compared to common teas. Interestingly in the cultivation of high altitude Kenya tea - pesticides are not used in propagation because pests that can ruin tea bushes cannot survive at these altitudes (gets too cold at night). This Kenya green tea is virtually organic by default! LOOK.

Anyway how to make a great tea better - meticulously blend these two components to get the right balance of floral flavor and antioxidant levels that are much much higher then common tea. GOOD.

Infusion: Tending light green
Brewing Hot

While preparing by the cup white teas can be used repeatedly about 3 times. Place 1tsp of loose Oolong into an infuser. Lower infuser into your cup/teapot. Pour boiling water over tea and let steep 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the brew). Adding milk is not recommended. Sugar can be added to taste.

Brewing Cold

Place 1 generous teaspoon of loose tea into a cup/teapot for each serving required. Bring water to a boil and pour boiling water over the tea. Steep for 5mins. Add hot tea to a 12oz / 375ml glass filled with ice, straining the tea (use larger pitcher if preparing multiple servings). Sweeten by adding sugar to taste.
