Here at The Specialist Tea Co. we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Thus any damaged goods will be replaced with no cost to the customer within 30 days with receipt and/or order number. You can also return unused items within 30 days with receipt ( If you're returning teaware items we'll be imposing a 35% restocking fee to cover the costs involved ). The Specialist Tea Co. is unfortunately unable to accept returns of food items such as; Tea, Honey, Sugar, etc. due to hygienic and health reasons. Here at The Specialist Tea Co. we also do not take returns on clearance or sale items unless damaged by shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
